We offer standardized air washers in modular designs and constructed using pre-fabricated tank and panels. Our range of air washer are used to wash and humidify the air without the use of evaporator mats. Special humidifier discs turn through water constantly. This method removes many impurities like dust, pollen and particle-bound odors from the air. The range of our air washers are equipped with an anti-microbial protection system which insures hygienically cleaned air through out. Air Washers Evaporating Cooling Unit produces effective by combining the natural process of water evaporation with air. Bright Star Evaporating Cooling Unit uses the right combination of controlled air flow passage across adequately designed wet surface to provide optimum efficiency. Features Frame / Panel : Single Skin - High grade galvanized steel frame / penal duly treated for outdoor duly extruded aluminium profile as option for framework. Double Skin - self supporting extruded aluminium profile with PUF injected panels 25mm thick pre-coated outer sheet / GI inner sheet Fan / Motor Deck : DIDW forward/backward curve indigeneous / imported dynamically and statically balanced fans and motor assembled on extruded aluminium profile and mounted on vibration isolations. Wet Deck : The wet deck contains specially treated flute media evaporation cooling pad capable of absorbing and retaining water to provide the maximum cooling efficiency. The cellulose media being treated with stiffening and wetting agents provides the cooling without any water carry over. The cross corrugated media maximize the mixing of air and water. The saturation efficiency ranging from 50% to 98% can be achieved depending upon air velocity and depth of the cooling pad. Water Storage : Water storage tank of Galvanized Sheet - FRP lined (optional)/SS-304/Aluminium provides connections for water make-up, overflow drain & re-circulation with brass strainer. Air Filter : Air filter section designed and properly framed at minimum air velocity, containing washable air filters of expanded aluminium media. Finish : Powder coated finish provided for outdoor installation.
